REFUND POLICY

We sincerely apologize if you've received a damaged or incorrect product and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It's essential to initiate an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that certain products might not be eligible for exchange. It's recommended to familiarize yourself with the list of eligible products before making a purchase.
Your exchange request needs to be submitted to the FOUR FIGR team for review and approval. Once your request is received and authorized, we will coordinate a convenient pick-up time. After your exchange has been approved, we will proceed with the delivery of the new product you've selected in exchange for the original one.

Our discretion allows us to decline returns under circumstances that may encompass, but are not confined to:

  • Returns cannot be accepted for products displaying makeup stains, fragrance stains, fake tan stains, food stains, or any other types of customer-induced stains. Please exercise utmost care while handling the products.

  • Products must be in their original condition, meaning they should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still equipped with their original tags, stickers, and packaging. Deviations from this condition will lead to automatic rejection.

  • In situations involving incorrect or damaged goods, if evidence of damage or incorrect items isn't submitted within 48 hours of package receipt, we retain the right to reject the return.

  • In the case of damaged goods, the product will be exchanged only when we receive the damaged product to make sure that you have returned the item in the same condition.

  • While we understand that international shipping costs can be high, we do not require customers to expedite the return shipping process. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any requests for store credit, exchange, or return if the processing time exceeds 15 days.
